David Caston

Mr. David Caston is the Chief Executive Officer of Reeves Memorial Medical Center. David has served as the CEO of RMMC on two separate occasions. Once from November 2013 to December 2017 and from May 2019 to current. Prior to working at RMMC, David served in a variety of healthcare administrative positions including Vice President of Clinical Services at Lincoln General Hospital and three years as the Assistant CEO of Northern Louisiana Medical Center. In that capacity he was responsible for eight hospital departments, the hospital physician network, physician recruitment, and overall operations of the hospital. David also spent five years in senior level management positions with the VA Hospital in Birmingham where he served on numerous national and regional committees. With extensive senior level healthcare experience in both hospital and physician practice operations, David brings a great understanding of the healthcare industry.

David holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in Business while also playing collegiate golf for two years. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Medical Group Management Association.

David is native of Louisiana and is very active within the local community. David’s board memberships include Ashlar Medical, Louisiana Tech University Alumni Association, Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and Ruston Dixie Baseball Board of Directors. David serves as an active deacon of his church, Sunday School teacher, and loves coaching youth baseball. David is married to Elaine and has two children, Kelly and Kyle.

Robby Welch

Robby Welch is the Chief Financial Officer at RMMC. He is responsible for assisting in the daily financial decisions of the facility as well as supervising the Revenue Cycle, Business Office, and Health Information Management Departments. Robby is a Bernice, Louisiana native. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 2013, and became a CPA in July of 2020. Robby spent six years in private practice at an accounting firm in Ruston, LA before joining the RMMC team in April of 2022. When Robby isn’t working, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife Ashley and their two daughters Lydia and Sydney.

Beth Jones

Beth Jones is the CNO at Reeves Memorial Medical Center. She has been at RMMC in that position since 2001. She worked prior to that as an LPN part time. She began her nursing career in 1984. Her responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the hospital and nursing department.

Beth has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She is a native of Bernice and enjoys taking care of the people in our community. She is a member of Abundant Life Holiness Church. Beth states, “I love nursing and encourage all young people to go to nursing school.”

Robin Adams

Mrs. Robin Adams is the Chief Operations Officer at RMMC. She is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the facility as well as supervising the Human Resources, Dietary, Buildings & Grounds, Quality and Environmental Services Departments. Robin studied Business Administration at Louisiana Tech University and has over 25 years of experience in her field. Robin has been a member of the RMMC Team since 1992.

Robin is very involved in the Town of Bernice serving as the President of the Bernice Service Club and Corney Creek Festival Committee. She is also a Board Member of BIDCO. Robin is the Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 54 in Union Parish as well as serving on several committees for the Louisiana Purchase Council. She enjoys camping with her troop and family. Her favorite hobby is photography.

Tiffany Brazzel

Tiffany Brazzel is the director of the Rural Health Clinic at RMMC. Her duties include overseeing the operations of the Rural Health Clinic. Tiffany is also an LPN with 15 years of experience in nursing.

Tiffany was born and raised in Union Parish in the town of Spearsville, LA. She is a member of Fellowship Baptist church, where she serves as the nursery worker. Tiffany and her husband Joey have 6 children and 2 grandchildren. She has been a member of the RMMC team since 2019.

Gaye Brunson

Gaye Brunson is the Laboratory Director and is responsible for laboratory and radiology services at RMMC. Gaye has a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from Louisiana Tech University and has 35 years of experience in her field. Gaye is a licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist-Generalist by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She is a current member of the LSBME Clinical Laboratory Advisory Committee and an active member at the state level of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science. Gaye has been a member of the RMMC team since 2014.

John Brewer

John Brewer is the Director of Radiology Services. John obtained his B.S. in Radiologic Technology from Northeast Louisiana University and has been practicing in his field since 1988. He has held his current position at RMMC since 2022.

Apart from Radiology, John has served on the Union County United Way Board of Directors, Single Parent Scholarship Fund Board of Directors, and South Arkansas Development Center Board of Directors. He is currently serving on Union County Sheriff’s Department Reserve Unit Board of Directors and has served as Reserve Sheriff Deputy Captain and Assistant Commander since 2001. John is married with two children and five grandchildren. He attends First Baptist Church in Junction City, Arkansas and loves hunting, fishing, and metal detecting.

Stephanie Sims

Mrs. Stephanie Sims, RHIA is the Director of the Health Information Department and is responsible for the management of the Health Information Department at RMMC. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Administration from Louisiana Tech University and has 14 years of experience in her field. Stephanie has been a member of the RMMC team since August, 2018.

Scott Dickson

Mr. Scott Dickson is the Facilities Director at RMMC. He studied mechanical engineering at Louisiana Tech University and has 12 years’ experience in his field. Scott has been a member of the RMMC team since 2013.

Scott is an Eagle Scout, and continues to enjoy backpacking and camping with family and friends. He has been a licensed amateur (ham) radio operator since 1997, and it is his favorite hobby.

Donna Rockett

Mrs. Donna Rockett is a Physical Therapist Assistant and the Director of Therapy Services at RMMC. She is responsible for coordinating the processes of patients who have physician orders for Physical, Occupational, or Speech therapy to have these services provided in a timely and efficient way from start to finish. Donna is also still a treating therapist and continues to see patients on a daily basis. She is trained in geriatric, neuro, and orthopedic related pathologies to name a few. She still finds one-on one patient care to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. She earned an Associate of Applied Science degree with Honors from South Arkansas Community College in 2001 and has nearly 18 years of experience in her field.

Donna is a lifelong resident of Union Parish and was overjoyed to join the RMMC team in 2017. She was able to complete part of her field work experience at Reeves Memorial in 2000 and after many years of working in the long term acute care setting an opportunity finally opened for Donna to return to RMMC in a full time directors role. The coffee cup on her desk reads Faith, Family, Friends and those three words encompass her outlook on life.
