RMMC Welcomes You

Reeves Memorial holds the privilege of caring for the community for over six decades

Reeves Memorial Medical Center, formerly Tri-Ward General Hospital, has been caring for the citizens of Union Parish and surrounding communities for the past six decades. Founded by Dr. Clyde C. Colvin and Dr. William C. Reeves in 1950, Reeves Memorial Medical Center has always operated with a focus on patient, employee and physician satisfaction. Reeves Memorial continues its commitment to provide care in the tradition set forth by its co-founders.

Reeves Memorial Medical Center brings access to healthcare services to your doorstep in order to meet your needs. Our staff is committed to continual improvement to enhance the health of our community so that you can live, work, and enjoy life to its fullest. At Reeves Memorial Medical Center, just as our slogan states, you and your family come first. We are dedicated to providing health services that meet the needs of our community, and when highly specialized care is required, directing those who seek our assistance to the highest quality providers.

Reeves Memorial Medical Center has changed its operations to gain efficiencies for low cost services, improved quality of care, greater access to healthcare, and to ensure the longevity of healthcare in this area. Technologies that were not available to our community just a short time ago are now on site for those who need them. Programs that provide you with greater education and higher levels of customer service are being implemented. Our medical staff is continually expanding to include a number of outstanding primary care physicians, physician specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Facilities are being renovated and improved. But most importantly, we have focused on YOU, our most important customer.

It is our vision to ensure access to care for all in need and to aggressively promote health and wellness in our community by reaching out, beyond the walls of our facility. The success of America is dependent upon healthy kids who can learn in school and healthy adults who can lead productive and full lives. We recognize the importance of rural living through investing in health, education, faith and social services in each local community we serve.

Reeves Memorial Medical Center is committed to our mission and to bringing expanded services to Union Parish. We are truly thankful for your trust and confidence since 1950… and in the years to come.
