As a service to our patients, Reeves Memorial Medical Center submits our bills to your insurance company. We will do everything possible to expedite your claim.
Please remember your policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. You will be financially responsible for payment of your bill. To assist you we have a financial counselor who will talk with you about payment options available. Call 318-285-7779 to reach a Financial Counselor.
Please bring a copy of your insurance card and valid ID with you to each visit. Please familiarize yourself with the terms of your insurance coverage to ensure you are meeting all requirements prior to your care. Call your insurance carrier if you have any questions.
It is your responsibility to make sure the requirements of your plan are met. If you fail to meet your plan requirements, you may be financially responsible for all or part of the services you receive. Some physicians may not participate in your healthcare plan and their services may not be covered. Call your carrier if you have any questions.
If you are covered by Medicare or Medicaid, bring your card and ID with you to each visit. Medicare specifically excludes payment for certain items and services, such as cosmetic surgery, some oral surgery procedures, personal comfort items, some self-administered drugs in an outpatient or overnight stay, and others. You are responsible for all Medicare deductibles and co-payments. If you have questions about your coverage under Medicare, call 800-MEDICARE (800-633-4227).
Medicaid has payment limitations on a number of services and items, such as the cost of a private room (unless medically necessary). If you have questions about your coverage under Medicaid call 888-342-6207.
If you have no health insurance, our Financial Counselor can discuss financial arrangements with you. Reeves Memorial Medical Center is a Medicaid Application Center and our Financial Counselor can help you apply for Medicaid.
Patients are responsible for meeting the financial obligations of their healthcare as promptly as possible. Reeves Memorial Medical Center provides adjustments and financial assistance for patients who qualify.
