Nicola “Niki” Albritton is the Quality Director at Reeves Memorial Medical Center. She joined the RMMC team in September of 2021 as an emergency room and floor nurse. Her nursing career began in 2000 after she graduated from South Arkansas Community College in 2000 in Practical Nursing. In 2005, she graduated from University of Arkansas at Monticello with Associated of Applied Science Degree (LPN to RN Fast Track Program). She has been an active nurse for many years with experience in surgery, clinic, home health, school nursing, hospice, labor and delivery, emergency room, and medical surgical. She also obtained her Certified Pharmacy Technician License in 1999 under the supervision of John Harlow and Debbie Dendy. She worked for many years at Bernice Pharmacy and Claiborne Drug on her days off from nursing.

Niki was born in Texas but raised in Union Parish since she was 11 months old. She has been married to Matthew since 1995 and they have two children, Jordan and Daltin. She has been an active member of the Bernice Volunteer Fire Department for over 25 years. When Niki is not working, she is busy with her family in their many sports: baseball, football, basketball, golf, and kart racing. She is thankful for another opportunity to serve in her home town.
