- Health screenings: We offer screenings for high cholesterol and certain cancers, including breast, cervical, colorectal, and prostate.
- Immunizations: We provide all recommended immunizations, from infancy to adulthood.
- Nursing home care: Our providers visit local nursing homes to do rounds on patients under their care.
- Patient education: Our provider will share prevention strategies for avoiding medical conditions you may be at risk for.
- Physician office visits: We offer annual checkups, from infancy to adulthood. Our pediatrician is available as needed.
We accept most insurance plans and will help verify your insurance before your appointment. We also accept the 340B Drug Pricing Program, allowing eligible patients to receive some name-brand medications at a discount.
Your Care Team
Our PCPs include:
- Medical doctors (MDs): Our primary care doctors are MDs with a focus in family medicine and decades of combined experience.
- Certified family nurse practitioners (FNP-Cs): Our FNP-Cs work closely with doctors to assess and treat patients. They also educate patients and their families on health conditions.
- Experienced nurses: Our nurses take vital signs, including your blood pressure, height, weight, and temperature. They ask about any health concerns and your health history, as well as collect samples of blood, saliva, or urine when needed.
